Set in 100 acres of deer park, Parklands offers you extensive grounds with ample space for outside blessings and superb photo opportunities with stunning views -perfect for an Asian wedding venue. Exquisite décor and Elizabethan architecture within the house gives the atmosphere of a luxurious family abode rather than a stately home, with personal touches of modern art alongside antique furniture. Within the mansion there are three reception rooms that can seat 30 to 120 people. Parklands can accommodate up to 450 guests in our silk-lined pavilion attached to the rear of the mansion, making it the ideal Asian wedding venue. The Pavilion, measuring 130 x 40 ft, is beautifully decorated with silk ivory lining, chandeliers and wall sconces, and can be extended to increase capacity for up to 1,000 guests.
Our dedicated team will be happy to help advise you on timings, usage of rooms and layouts as your Asian wedding venue, and our decoration partners Exclusive Events can help with every aspect of your Asian wedding decoration.
Ceremonies and Blessings
Parklands is offered to you EXCLUSIVELY for the day as your Asian wedding venue. Within the mansion we are licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to 140 guests. Alternatively, you have full use of the house and the grounds to hold your own blessings and ceremonies for up to 1,000 people.
Banqueting
Our recommended caterer is Indus, who will be happy to provide tastings and go through any food planning for your day. We do allow the use of other outside caterers, but always urge our customers to contact Indus first, as they offer discounted rates and a guaranteed level of quality.
Accommodation
We have 21 luxury guest double/twin suites available for hire plus our magnificent Bridal Pavilion. There is also a Bridal Changing Room included in the venue fee, and rooms can be used on a day-hire basis for changing.
